There are way too many teams who would take a chance on a QB who led a
team to the Superbowl less than a year ago.  Hope springs eternal and
there will be enough GMs that will believe their situation to be one
where Rex will flouish (e.g. good running game, solid line, decent
ball catchers, etc).

Oh, and the fact that he's as talented a QB as you will find in free
agency this year.
