Eventually we should be shooting higher, hence the widespread belief the 
Bears will draft a QB. It's folly to shoot much higher than that for 2008.

Game manager, sending lots of throws to tight ends on third-and-9 with the 
ability to take advantage of the play-action pass and get fly routes to 
Devin and Berrian (?).

I'm not convinced of that.  Nor am I convinced that what we saw of him was
anything more than a game manager.  If that's the goal, then the Bears are
fine with him and Orton.  I would suggest that we should be shooting higher
and I don't think the price of doing so needs to be all that high.
