I hope so.  WRs do traditionally take a season or two to develop.  Hester
probably isn't bright but it can't be brain surgery.

Rosenhaus constantly mentions Harris.  He probably considers this Berrian
signing to be good news on that front.  I think he senses that the Bears are
planning to shell out the majority of their cap room to him.  It's going to
be a bank breaking deal.
