I hope NOT.  Making Hester a #1 receiver is a stupid idea.  First,
he's too small.  He'll start getting hurt on a regular basis.  Look
how much time another #1 Hester's size, Steve Smith, spends on the
sideline.  Dumb idea.  Let the dude do what he does best: return the
ball and give this offense as much help as they can get with good
field position.
