This is a little insulting to Rex, and quite frankly bull crap.
The guy has been stand up, 100%, his whole career when facing the media.
Why make a story out of nothing?

Grossman (and Urlacher) have an obligation to the fans.  Like it or not, the
information is funneled to us through the media.

I would point out that Grossman is not Urlacher.  If you are a future hall
of famer, you can get away with it.  If you are a guy who has yet to show
that you are more than a second string scrub, you better get on the
conference call and be glad you've still got a damned job.

This is evidently exactly the kind of attitude that has gotten him in
trouble with the national media in the first place.
