Well, Orton definitely has something to gain in making his comments.
He finally feels he's on more equal footing regarding competing for
the starting job so I can understand him coming out and talking. It's
all about positive spin.

Briggs just signed a very large contract and his FA ordeal has had
much more media exposure both in Chicago and nationwide. I think
you're comparing apples to oranges with regard to Rex.
