Unfortunately, there's really nothing you can do since the flu is a virus.
The only thing you can do is take Tylenol to help the symptoms.  Maybe a
decongestant if you're also plugged up.

This is how desparate I am: I'm asking a Bears' list for medical advice!

I'm been knocked flat by the flu since Monday night.  Anybody have any
suggestions shake the it?  Feel like I'm dying over here.
