If Rex could consistently play at his best, yes I think that is what he 
could be. That being said, I no longer think Rex can achieve that, but 
would be happy to be wrong. My more realistic expectation is for Kyle to 
start and give us Jim Miller kind of execution. BTW talk to the Lions 
before you over glorify Kramer. Kramer was a good QB for us, but from a 
league wide perspective, no one was especially impressed with him. 
Kramer with the Bears was kind of like Garcia with Tampa, he was good, 
but no one was really jealous that we had him.
