[CBFF] [Fwd: Benson denies being drunk, resisting arrest]

Please don't take this as a cry of support for Benson, but this whole
story doesn't seem like him. I realize that he's lacked judgement in
the past, but this story seems a tad too aggressive for his
personality. I'm not saying I believe him; I'm just taking all of the
reported details with a grain of salt.
