"didn't exercise the proper restraint"?!?!?!? Yeah, cops take that
seriously. And by the non-Benson sourced accounts your quote on lack
of constraint is a huge understatement.

The boating and drinking part I could live with to a degree but it's
still stupid regardless of who it is.
