[Ryan Dietzenbach]

Because Tank got a chance to prove his character to the organization.  He
failed, and he was gone.  These guys, too, will get that chance.

Tank deserved to be let go.  These guys coming in from college haven't shown
to be consistent troublemakers and they too will get that shot.  If they
fail, they'll be let go.
