Agree with your first paragraph 100 percent, but refusing further sobriety 
tests is not at all a crime. It was done on the advice of his lawyer, for 
God's sake. It simply screws your chance of getting your license back 
anytime soon. It's stupid to do if you're a .08, but it's smart to do if 
you're .15 or .20.
