[CBFF] Pisa??

Haven't seen any discussion about Pisa Tinoisammoa coming in to the Bears
for a look.  I realize he's a bit undersized (apparently why the Ram's
ditched him), but holy smokes, he lead their team in tackel's last season
and I think would be a great addition on the strong side.  That would be
another hole plugged before we head into the season.

Our GM has already had an A+ offseason, and he just keeps looking for
quality upgrades.  Get this done, Angelo!
