Nobody would ever say they wouldn't consider a trade. But actively pursuing 
one is a completely different matter. I suppose it's all in the semantics. 
But given the situation that preceded it, I tend to think Bowlen could not 
promise they would not actively pursue one that year, regardless of what 
Cutler was asking for.
